Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed off to the shipping carrier for delivery.

Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and supplier. Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control.

Shipping Delays
Delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@lapidus.io with your order number and supporting photos so we can assist you.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
