Shipping timelines may vary due to supplier processing, carrier delays, customs, weather, or other external factors. Tracking information may take several days to update after shipment.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages marked as delivered by the carrier, or errors resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

All returns are governed by our Return Policy.
Returns must be requested and approved before items are sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon transfer to the shipping carrier.
